Stephen Sparkes MCIAT, ICIOB Director of A1 Architecture Ltd is a fully qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist and has over 34 years experience in building design and construction, whilst employed in various Architects practices in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol.
Stephen became self-employed in 1992 due to redundancy caused by the recession of that time. A1 Architecture Ltd was formed in 2007.
A1 Architecture Ltd offers an independent and professional service for all residential, commercial and industrial building design and construction matters.
As a Chartered Architectural Technologist I apply the science of architecture and are specialist in the technology of building design and construction. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) I have demonstrated competence as a specialist in building design and construction and can undertake a building project from inception through to final certification.
The practice prides itself on offering a quality, friendly service with much of our work from referrals, including our Local Authority for extensions, refurbishments and new build projects. Advice is also given on planning, building regulations and listed building approvals.
The practice is based in Gloucester and has both private and commercial clients across the South West of England.
